This screen-shot was provided by the possessor of the alleged "Crack Video" showing Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack in early 2013. The police now have the video but it is yet to be released. On November 5, 2013, after months denying allegations, Ford finally admitted that he had smoked crack cocaine "probably on one of my drunken stupors".This photo is not from the "Crack Video", but has become the symbolic image of the video.
